Getting ready for version 1.4.
Program changes:
- Designed new icons
- Fixed English and German typo
- The today color on the calendar screen was hard to see, gave it a brighter color
- Adjusted the detection of the swipe gesture
- In the calendar screen, the definition of the current date was only on the day+month, added the year
- Added the timezone to the user defined location
- Updated the image resources, resulted in a reduced apk size
Added some features requested by users:
- Option to show the distance in imperial units
- Option to select the day on which the week starts
- The date formats are now according to the device configuration
